Structure and principle of compressor is shown in the following figure. The connecting rod is assembled together with bearing and eccentric wheel which is locked by the motor shaft. The rotational motor promote the shaft and eccentric wheel rotate. So the connecting rod is driven to do reciprocating motion, thus realizing the air suction, compression and discharge process.

Our Shareholders were graduated from Tsinghua University,  Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and got Master degree or doctor degree in many  major including mechanical, mold, electirical, medical appliance.  Our company focus on  research and development, and many of our staffs are technical personnel. 

We builded a mold company in Zhejiang Province in 2004 , and builded R&D company in Shanghai in 2006. We have many workshops in Zhejiang Province now including Mold workshop, Injection workshop, Assembly workshop, Compressor workshop, Medical workshop. We have two dust free workshop in injection workshop and assembly workshop. From 2009, we turn our business to the direction of medical appliance.   The major business is OEM & ODM medical appliance and others for the overseas clients. the second major business is importing advanced technolgy products to the domestic market.

1. Q: What is your payment term?

    A: We usually use 30% by T/T as deposit, balance 70% by T/T before delivery.

2. Q: How long is the delivery time?

    A: About 7~21 working days after receiving the down payment.

3. Q: Minimum Order Quantity

    A: The Min Order is just for conference, if the quantity you want to buy is below the min order, you should contact us, we will requotate for you again

4. Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company? 

    A: We are manufacturer, we have our own factory with more than ten years experience on compressor   industry.

5. Q: What documents have you got for compressor?

    A: We have got certificate of quality management system ISO 13485 and CE certificate authorized by TUV from Germany. As well as the free sales certificate authorized by the food and drug administration.

6. Q: If the voltage can be 110V, 60Hz?

    A: Sure, we can make it.

7. Q: Can you ship goods to my country? How long it will take? Who is the agent I should contact to track the shipment?

    A: Yes, we can arrange the shipment. We would like to check the freight cost and shipping time after you confirm the destination port and order details. We are not sure which agent now, but we will track the cargo and send you the shipping timetable after goods on board.

    A: One year warranty. If there is any problem, you could tell us the details situation or send some pictures if possible. We will forward the information to our after sales department then let you know the solution ASAP. We would like to send the warranty letter for more details if you need.
